Great for families. Not a lot of food options inside the hotel but a lot just outside. Staff were amazing. We did not get exactly the same room that was on the Expedia website for the family room when we booke. The hotel said it was Expedia fault. Great slide in the pool for the kids and a great little pool for the younger ones. A bit more expensive not sure we would stay again as plenty more affordable options.

I loved everything about this property. The location, the staff. The Breakfast. The Spa. The only complaint I had was the room we had did not allow a view. The Balcony view was blocked by a concrete wall. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay there again. Next time in a Bungalow.

As returning guests to the Legian Beach Hotel multiple previous times and emailing a request to advise of a significant birthday, we were very dissapointed with the first room given, which was the furtherest room away from anywhere, up stairs and ramps through corridors, no balcony and only a small window. We requested a change and was given room alot smaller than any room weve previously had, a covered balcony with vine so no view of anything. We unpacked our bags. Every evening the music played until late and to make matters worse at approx 3am every morning a rooster crowed continously. Surely management are aware of this. A very disappointing and very unpleasant stay. This has changed our view of the Legian Beach Hotel.
