Rooms run down , hard beds, mozzies in room, cats fighting through night outside our room, air conditioner noisy, fridge noisy. Asked for refund and they refused. Kids not aloud at rooftop pool/area and wasn’t made clear anywhere before booking. We had to move hotel after one night as we could not stand to be there

This is the second time we have stayed at the new garden view and we absolutely love it! The rooftop pool and bar is so much fun and the view of Legian and Surrounding areas is Amazing! Our favourite is watching the planes come in over the ocean just awesome! It is the best located hotel in my opinion with easy walks to garlic Lane or to the beachfront and Legian Street. I highly recommend to all travellers of all budgets!

Have stayed at garden view many times and the staff are just beautiful. For the prices we pay in high season there should be new towels,they are clean but getting very old.
