The only thing that disappointed us was the fact that we could not bring bottles of water or alcohol in. I thought it was a joke at first but it was the rules. I exited and jumped the fence at the front later in the night! I would have thought that it would be ok to bring in bottled water as us blow ins can’t handle thier water. That needs addressing!

The hotel bathrooms looking a bit worn and could do with a makeover. Staff were great, would recommend for young families as they have a toddlers pool and for young groups of friends as well. Good vibe around the pool with music playing. We've stayed here many times and the issue with the tiles around the pool area been slippery is still ongoing. Number of people slipping was a concern and my husband on this trip actually slipped and required stitches to his elbow from the cut.

The grounds of the resort and common amenities are lovely and the staff extremely friendly, polite and willing to assist in any way. The resort is situated opposite the beach, close to shops, services and restaurants making it a very convenient location. Unfortunately the room we stayed was in dire need of a refurbish and was extremely noisy being opposite venue that played music until midnight 7 nights a week.

Beautiful resort with amazing tropical gardens and pool facilities. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was lovely. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit aged and have a mold smell. Overall, a wonderful experience.

First time in Bali the hotel was wonderful three pools, the service was brilliant friendly staff good breakfast buffet. The grounds were beautiful. Across the road from the beach and easy walking to shops . Wonderful place to stay

Was with very mixed thoughts to book this hotel but boy was I proved wrong, wonderful location, staff super helpful - not a brand new hotel but our room was great, 3 pools and facilities (i.e. hair, nails, stuff for kids to do) was amazing, will definitely stay again
