Room poor, had cobwebs on inside of windows, shower taps very stiff to use, had to pay for parking which is stupid for a motorway service station.

Toilet door wouldnt close completely or lock. Bathroom fan didn't work. Window wouldnt open so the whole room was humid. Tiny for a family room. We were charged £5 extra for parking as didn't book directly but this was not made clear at time of booking.

There is only air conditioning in the reception. The rooms are easily over 30 degrees on both nights we stayed. Also the tables outside the hotel. The people were shouting at the table while drinking alcohol. So basically most of the night was very noisy

The hotel was fine, but the receptionist didn’t mention the trucks with their engines running I struggled to sleep the lady at reception said I should have asked for a quiet room, how was I to know there are trucks parked next to the hotel. The room was ok no complaints,
