Ok so booked this hotel for an overnight stay, where do I start…. 4 star rated yes whoever gave it that please either share your dose of medication of half it. The walls are so thin you can hear the room next door going to the loo, if that’s not bad enough anything that has life in the corridor is a constant nightmare you hear everything and I mean everything. Got no sleep, shower is out of the 1960’s very very run down hotel. Barely a 1.5* definitely not a 4* go elsewhere save your money. Do not recommend this to anyone.

No hot water!

My 3rd time at this hotel and unfortunately maybe my last. I wasn't informed on check in that there was no hot water due to a gas issue. So not able to shower or have a bath as planned before I left. I raised it upon check out and was told I should have been told so it put a damper on the whole stay this time.

Really noisy inside the rooms. Very little soundproofing. Trying to sleep at 10pm and I could constantly hear people up and down the hall outside the room. It wasn't just a quiet noise in the background. It was really loud and constant until around midnight. Every single time someone walked past the room it woke me up.

Spacious hotel , easy parking , hotel is dated and could do with refurbishment though service was great , restaurant and breakfast comparable with other hotels , gym was great. Overall enjoyed my stay

Not very clean

Blood stains up the bathroom wall and also on the bedroom wall, mucky fingerprints on the walls around the room, damaged curtains and generally grubby and run down, this included stains to hallway and stairs carpets, not what you expect from the Hilton brand. Partner complained and was offered a complementary breakfast however we were not willing to eat here - if the rooms aren't clean, I wouldn't want to risk the same standards of cleanliness in the kitchen!
