A really lovely modern hotel, lovely staff, nice room, tasty breakfast. The car park next to the hotel looked a little rough round the edges so we parked in the Highcross Roof Top car park a 10 minute walk away but it worked well and only £6 for 24 hours. Overall we were really pleased with our stay and would return.

Excellent room and can’t fault the welcome and service of the staff. Stayed here with my daughter for the weekend and felt safe and looked after. Food was excellent and shops easy walking distance. There was a music event happening nearby when we arrived which worried me but it couldn’t be heard from the room even with the window open.

Regular visitor to this hotel, some rooms are better than others. The ones where the toilet is separate to shower are ok but not ideal as the toilet is like a broom cupboard. Great breakfast with plenty choice, parking and location is convenient.
