Fantastic stay, hotel exceeded expectations. Reception staff were excellent, check in and out was quick and easy. Great decoration and theming around the hotel. Bed was very comfortable and there were great amenities in the room.

parking needs to be reserved before you arrive, other then that hotel is very clean and new, also a gin a tonic costs more then a classy bar in Mayfair, London so be aware! asked for a wake up call for 10.30am its now 10.40am and still no wake up call

Best thing about this hotel was always the impressive showers. The ceiling drencher shower head was half blocked so resorted to use the small handheld sprayer. The hotel is definitely now cutting corners since it has been purchased by IHG, be warned it is not the same hotel as when it was The Brooklyn.
