Although a stated 4-star hotel, it didn’t feel like that. There were stains on my duvet cover when I had just checked in (they are supposed to be clean and fresh- I made them change all the bedding) and the shower head had limescale and grime. The housekeeping and repair of the some fixtures needs to be better taken care of and improved. Was disappointed with the experience.

Warm welcome and good vibe but…someone else’s scrubbie was still hanging in our shower and the conditioner bottle had shampoo in it. Made me question the attention to detail in the cleaning and preparing of our room which was unsettling. The fridge in our room was a bonus.

The staff were absolutely lovely, so welcoming and always went above and beyond. I can't remember their names but both the girls on reception who checked me in and checked me out were absolutely lovely so polite patient and just all round made me feel comfortable. When it came to the breakfast I believe the front of house member I had on Sunday was called Leigh and they were just as incredible, the service they delivered was beyond my expectations, would highly recommend

The property is very well located near the city centre. It is well-maintained and clean. Loved how comfortable the bed was. Nice little added extras like the biscuits in the room and complementary water. All staff we met were lovely. We didnt have the breakfast so can't comment on that.
