Until Premier inn scrap their hard 3pm check in they will always get poor reviews.
30+ degrees and people begin to build up in reception. After 3pm it’s chaos for staff trying to check everyone in at once.
3 knocks at that door in the morning by housekeeping, presumably trying to turf customers out so they can squeeze another £15 out of someone.
