We ended up staying here unexpectedly for several nights after the A/C went out at our house during the Las Vegas heat, and overall it turned into a really good stay. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which made the whole situation a lot easier to deal with. We stayed in a one-bedroom villa and were very happy with it. It was comfortable, had plenty of space, and felt more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room. The amenities were also very nice and gave us a chance to actually enjoy ourselves despite the reason we were there in the first place. What started out as an inconvenient situation ended up being a much more enjoyable stay than we expected. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially for a longer stay where having the extra space and amenities makes a difference.

Room was not cleaned properly. Hair everywhere, dust on phone and furniture, back of door was sticky, felt like I was walking on small pebbles in carpet, no iron. Honestly feel like a resort style hotel in a busy city would be much better.

Bad bad place. Laptop stolen from within the room and they didn't do anything about it. Just asked to file a police report and that's it. DONOT RECOMMEND

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The staff was amazing. Everyone was smiling and very friendly. Love the free champagne from 5 to 6. Perfect location. Breakfast was really good. We had both the free continental and ordered also from the menu. Everything was delicious. Could not have been a better stay.
