Always book cancellable. I booked a year in advance and room was almost €400 more than if I had booked same type of room a week before arrival. Even more if I had switched to economy room (which wasn’t available when I booked) Just make sure you can cancel and rebook and you’re good! There’s zero reason to book early or be loyal.✌️ When I said this at check in they kindly offered me a smaller room but for the same price as the big room. Love it.

Aircon controls did nothing. Room stayed at 21 degrees, which after walking around a hot city was not cool enough to cool down. Room has 0 amenities. No glasses, no fridge, no microwave, no cutlery. No conditioner, just "hair and body wash"

The location is very central (walkable in less than 10 mins from train station, tram also available). You can also walk to the centre of the old town and the Gewandhaus Concert Hall. Staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms are clean, comfortable.

Nice hotel whit parking

Ok hotel, parking hall in the hotel. There is no parking at Motel One Leipzig-Augustusplatz. The information was wrong when I booked.

Super fast and friendly check in and where greeted with a smile. The Hotel as super clean everywhere . I didn't get the added breakfast. The hotel has limited seating and only has booked time slots which didn't fit for us . But no worries we went across the street to the Raddison very nice breakfast, same price . The hotel is super convenient to the central train station. We walked no problems, flat

Service terrible as always

Once again they manage to give the worst service . Check-in it’s a mystery that I have 2 bookings in one stay and of course key didn’t work . Check out at 04.30 the receptionist walked away to the lift when she saw me and waited 15 min and no one came . No one at this hotel cares about customer service it’s so amazing and it’s every single time . I ended up not having my parking validated and other refunded other things I planned at check out .
