RB Leipzig Trip

Really pleasant stay with friendly staff. A 10 minutes walk to Main Train Station and tram links to rest of city.

Newer building, nice clean rooms. Staff could use some work. Seemed like vacuum was running constantly in lobby. Breakfast is decent. Lack of sufficient food to cater to allergies. Bit disappointing. Area around hotel is definitely still in development, close-ish to hbf, but some may find the desolate walk to hotel lengthy.

Clean, quiet, convenient

Extremely clean. Nice rooms. Quiet. About 10 minutes walk from the train station. Slightly small rooms by US standards, but still comfortable with several chairs and a nice sized desk.

Check-In war nicht gut. Bin um 14:30 Uhr angekommen und habe freundlich gefragt, ob ein Check-In bereits möglich wäre. Ohne irgendwelche Erklärung oder freundliche Ausrede wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass ein Check-In erst ab 15:00 Uhr möglich sei. Habe mich dann in die Lobby mit anderen wartenden Gästen gesetzt. Um etwa 14:50 wurde dann doch schon der Check-In ermöglicht. Habe ich so noch in keinem Hotel erlebt. Parallel dazu im Innside by Melia konnte auch etwas vor der Zeit eingecheckt werden, berichteten andere Kongressteilnehmer. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr fein, Wasser in der Minibar, alles sauber und frisch. Lediglich der Fernseher lies sich nicht leiser stellen mit der Fernbedienung. Am nächsten Morgen war das Frühstück gegen 7 Uhr ganz in Ordnung. Auswahl könnte noch etwas reichhaltiger sein bei dem Preis. Ansonsten war das Personal auch sehr aufmerksam beim Abdecken der Tische und Auffüllen der Speisen.

Absolut værdi for pengene.

Vi var meget tilfredse - god beliggenhed tæt på bymidten, super flink og kompetent service. Værelserne var fine, men lidt spartanske. Der var roligt og morgenmaden var mega god.
