It was a nasty shock when we entered our rooms as there is no air conditioner. That was fine if the hotel had anticipated the hot summer by providing hotel guests with cooling unit or standing fan to alleviate the heat.

Nice hotel, very good breakfast, the staff was friendly and efficient however the room was very dissapointing- empty minibar, unpleasent smell in the room, not even a bottle of water. Dated furnishing.

AC not working
The hotel looks good from outside. The only thing I feel unsatisfied is that the AC is fake. Staff in the hotel gave us a fan in stead since we feel very hot.

Driveway
Everything is ok except couple downsides. Not much in the area and waited one hour to get lunch even though there were few customers. Single lane for the driveway which I never experienced before, we had to back out the driveway because the customer ahead of us took long time to check in and blocked the driveway.

perfect Hotel in an imperfect location !!
We have a very nice upgraded room ; it was like an apartment... we love it so much , we wish we could stay longer! The Reception staffs were very helpful. Quiet and in the lovely forest . But, the hotel is quite far from the City Centre and the Hbf... a big drawback for us. And the restaurant service was very slow at dinner. It's a great place for honeymooners !
