Large,.modern, clean room. We paid the extra for three to the room. Good value price to quality and just good anyway. It also has parking and three disabled spaces at the front. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We didn't use the restaurant, bar or business facilities, though the former looked smart. For easy and deserved 5 out of 5.

This hotel is very convenient to the Cruise Terminal and the Metro, and the room we had was comfortable and up-to-date. The breakfast is expensive and the Halle multi option eating place is loud and not recommended by us. There are a few alternatives nearby. There is a store at back of hotel (through Halle it is when open) which is very handy.

Good room, bed and ensuite. Could have better advertised the security deposit required. A bit noisy from other guests at night

Wow what an amazing hotel ! We loved our stay here - everything floated along nicely! Staff were friendly, welcoming and genuinely seemed to enjoy their time at work. Our room was super comfy, with the world’s biggest shower ! Lots of room to stow away our motorbike gear, and not feel cramped. Breakfast was lovely, with strong coffee and a chance to relax on the decking over the river. (Waving to a passing hottug!) Loved it and will definitely return.

Loved our stay! The staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel is located in a perfect area- near the water and many restaurants. Breakfast was excellent and beds comfy. Would definitely stay again
