Nice location and lovely layout. Let down by lack of maintenance in rooms and staff. We stayed at 5 hotels during our 3 weeks in Bali and this was the only place we experienced staff who were possibly a little lazy. Could easily be so much better!

Absolutely loved this property and its location. The staff were always very friendly and helpful, the grounds well maintained, pool was spotless and room decor was beautiful. Hotel is within walking distance to beach, restaurants and dive shops.

We stayed in one of the 17 cottages available. It was private with a beautiful 4 poster bed and outdoor bathroom! The only complaint was the breakfast chef didn't cook my hubby's fried eggs completely one morning. Other than that the place is close to Mushroom Bay , many restaurants, spas and grocery shops. A beautiful place to stay! We will be back!

Great 5 night stay at the Palm Grove. We loved the location, close to bars, restaurants and easy walking to Mushroom Bay. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The room was private, clean and comfortable and the wifi worked well. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat and we found it was never busy so we could easily enjoy a swim and get a sun-chair. The staff were lovely and very helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning, for us there was plenty of choice and all very nice. Would definitely stay again.

We love Palm Grove Villas The pool and surrounding gardens are so pretty they work hard to keep it looking good Our villa was spacious and a very comfy bed . Breakfast could be better but that is me being fussy . This is our second visit and we will definitely go again . The staff are all Great especially Supa 👍

Romantic and Beautiful
This hotel is so full of beautiful and functional little details (like the multi plug in for energy) , everyone in the staff is so nice and helpful, really they got out hearts. When you enter this place you do feel like entering the tropics and a magical place. The only thing is even the local area is quite good (restaurants, shops, near harbor) its quite far from the "main places" in the islands, but this is us asking for too much when you really dont want to leave the hotel to begin with, also a ride in a scotter is cheap and cool way to get around. Def we will come back for more, and we recomend to stay more in both Lembongan or Ceningan, they are quite a jewel. We spend our xmas there and it was really special, thanks to everyone working there <3

Lovely little hotel
New rooms with comfy beds and mosquito nets. Not on the beach. Tucked away off the street, it’s a peaceful place with well cared for grounds and a nice aesthetic. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again.

Great hotel close to mushroom bay.
This is a fantastic hotel. Very friendly staff. Two beautiful pools to relax in. Top restuarant, we had most of our meals here very good prices. The rooms are lovely just make sure not to get rooms at back of resort as rooms are joined and very thin walls. Close to mushroom bay and many beach bars.
