This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. Urban Nature Bad Gastein - Badeschloss
Enjoyed our stay! The staff were very accommodating and the thermal pool has the best view in Gastein. Our room was in the historic portion of the hotel. When we opened the windows for cool mountain air, we could also hear the waterfall. Very relaxing!
