They use a photo of the jacuzzi tubs to market the hotel, but they have been broken for a while and does not seem like they are in a hurry to repair them. It was part of the reason why we booked the hotel. There is a review that says they were broken in 2025 as well, but that maybe they were fixed since then. so I can imagine they have been broken for a very long time. Also surprised they charge 15eu for parking in such a suburban area.

Staff were courteous and always accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast superb. Location within easy reach of city centre via bus, and Neustadt areas also via bus. 24/7 counter staff which was useful because we didn't arrive from Berlin until 1 a.m. Flixbus terminus 12 minute walk away at Dresden Neustadt Station.

+ Clean, well located, comfortable mattress. - The Wi-Fi in my room (facing the inner courtyard) barely worked, If you’d like a sleep in beyond 7 am ,nearby church bells could make that difficult, even with earplugs.
