The breakfast buffet is outstanding. The rooms were comfortable; had everything we needed. The balcony was nice except the person next to us smoked so we weren't able to enjoy sitting outside - or even leave our windows open which was necessary because there is not air air-conditioning. .

Quaint & Quiet Town

Lenggries is a small Bavarian town at the foot of the mountains. A great place to stay for hiking and skiing. The town itself has several wonderful Guest Houses, aka Restaurants, but there is not much going on after 6 p.m. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and took a scenic cable car ride to the top of the mountain one day and a train trip to Munich on another. The room was decent size and the bathroom had a tub which is not always the case in Europe.

Ttime for an update

Understand that this was a former Sheraton property and it would appear that SPG did not spend too much on refurbishment prior to sale. Looking somewhat tired and in need of a freshen up. Service was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Included breakfast was adequate without being remarkable. Lack of English language option on TV was disappointing.

Beautiful Bavarian Mountain View

A lovely place to stay in the Alps. Every room has a mountain view since the town is located in a valley between two ranges. Each room has a balconey from which to view the lovely scenery. Very quiet and relaxing. Excellent front desk service.

Bra val, prisvärt!

Bra hotell med bra standard, trevlig restaurang med god mat och bra utbud, rent, snyggt härlig utsikt från rummet. Vi var på genomresa så kriterierna för vår del: Frukost, parkering, läge samt restaurang passade oss perfekt. Därtill var personalen servicevilliga och omgivningarna vackra!

Laut und unfreundlich

Das Zimmer war groß aber laut. Mitten in der Nacht begannen immer wieder laute Geräusche. Vielleicht eine Dusche oder ein Generator? Ein guter Schlaf war so nicht möglich. Das Zimmer einer Kollegin schien ungereinigt und der Mülleimer enthielt benutzte Kondome und ähnliches als wir anreisten. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von ca. 30 Personen im Hotel für 3 Nächte. Ansonsten war nicht viel los. Mit unseren Nächten, essen, Bar machte das Hotel ein gutes Business. Dennoch zeigten sie null Kulanz als uns ein Fehler unterlief und wir ein Zimmer doppelt buchten. Sie bestanden darauf dass wir 90% Storno Gebühren zahlten. Wir eskalierten zur Managerin die uns lange warten lies. Erst dann erließ sie uns einen Teil der Storno Gebühren. Angesichts unserer Rechnung und dass wir gerne wieder gekommen wären, hätte ich eine andere Behandlung erwartet. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.
