This was a very clean and beautifully decorated property. I loved the lobby especially. It's a nice place to hang out and read or work. The room was very nice, but the AC/Heating unit was VERY loud and kept going on and off, which kept me awake. I finally turned it off, which meant I had not heat. But at least I could sleep! The amenities were fabulous, but very overpriced, so I did not indulge. Also, the coffee bar in the morning was disappointing. But, all told, I would probably stay here again because it was quiet and close to where I was conducting business. Also, the price was great, which I appreciated.

I love this place! The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The lobby and rooms are updated and gorgeous! There is an onsite bar and restaurant.Great location, minutes from restaurants and shopping (Lee Outlets, Marshall's and quaint boutiques).

Great place! Beautiful room and dining area very aesthetic. The bed was so comfortable. No microwaves and the bathroom floor could’ve been a little cleaner but other than that it was great for a roadside motel!

This property is about two years old, and very well appointed. From the warm greeting I received at check in, to genuine hospitality when checking out. I am single and travel a lot for work. Felt very safe at this property. The room had expected amenities, like a small fridge, spacious bathroom( and plush robe), and comfortable bedding. Just right...

We love this property! We’ve stayed there two times so far and have had an great experience each time. The rooms are clean. The vibe is very sophisticated, and the food at the restaurant is out of this world. The staff is friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for in the Berkshires?!
