Nice place to stay if you are going to a concert at the Bull Run in Shirley (9 minute drive). Nice facility and rooms were spacious. Only problem was at check in. I had reserved four rooms and the first guest that arrived received the wrong room - so when I showed up there wasn't a room with my name on it. After doing a pre check in I expected a quick stop at the front desk that took 10 minutes to resolve. Still not sure if the billing all worked out correctly.

My family and I stayed on Thanksgiving day. We were greeted by a friendly manager and meet all our needs and concerns. Breakfast was great, healthy withbplenty of options. Other staff members were pleasant as well. We will go to this hotel every time we stay in MA.

My elderly parents just stayed for 2 nights. They enjoyed their stay and were happy to get the handicapped accessible room. They raved about the free breakfasts and the friendliness of the breakfast and hotel staff.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The furniture was old and stained carpeting was old. Needs a cleanup and update. The bathroom sink did not drain well . The breakfast was not something we wanted to eat. Beige sausage (tasted processed) and a large one lump of srampled eggs. Even the yogurt tasted like saccharin . Not the Marriot's usual quality. Comfy bed

The property was modern to some effect, but the furniture drawers were hard to pull out it appeared they had new hardware but they were painted over older furniture. I could not get extra pillows in the whole hotel. They told me they had not one extra pillow.

I was traveling with my disabled father. Our room was spacious and accommodated his wheelchair and needs. The staff were fine but could have offered a more warm and welcoming environment. Beautiful location and property.

the indoor pool was green. I was supposed to have a suite but only had one room with pull out sofa. could not use pull out sofa because it was hitting air conditioning unit. I was overcharged for my stay. it was supposed to be 530 but I was charged 560. the only good thing with this hotel was the breakfast bar. everything else was terrible I would rate 0 if I could.
