Great location, close to the airport and close to the center of the city. very clean property, beautiful ceiling made of bricks, in the middle of the hotel. The only thing. We did not had, was hot water in our room. But staff was fast and efficient to help us out. Staff was great!! Housekeeping service was excellent. Thank you! Hope to see you soon.

The only thing that was negative was the fact that the hotel is not disability or wheelchair accessible.

I would have given them a better rating, if a few things would have been better. First they gave us rooms that were not ready. Seems like it was a miscommunication. Second they changed the rooms , however they had no elevator and my mother was in a wheelchair. No ramps. It was so hard to get her into the room. Not wheelchair friendly. So I would recommend just for people with no disability issues. Other than that, house person was nice and able to best accommodate us.

El hotel y la ubicación cercana al aeropuerto es conveniente, lo único que me dejó mucho que desear es que en la regadera de el baño estaba muy tapada por el sarro y bañarse es muy incómodo. Ocupamos 5 habitaciones y 3 estaban con el mismo problema

el. lugar está bien, sin embargo el restaurante del lugar no está tan bien. Al desayunar pedimos unos chilaquiles, como éramos uno de los primeros comensales en el lugar decidieron darnos cuatro tortilla empalmadas (sin cortar) con pedazos de pollo y salsa fría con frigoles frios. muy bien nos pudieron comentar que aún no estaban listos y escoger otra cosa del menú.
