Pleasant stay

It‘s a 2 star residence, a little worn off and in need of redecoration, but clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially if you make an effort to speak French. The location is perfect for the 2 minute ferry (navette bus) that will take you across the channell to the beach (it will save you a 30 minute walk). There us a very big supermarket across the road with amazing fresh produce especially fish and seafood. Some restaurants nearby too (table reservation a must). We were there for a sport event that started very early so the residence was perfect for us. The swimming pool was a bonus in 35c temperatures

The property is well located and that will be my only positive comment. You can take your room only at 5 PM and you have to vacate by 10 am! I was scolded because i arrived too early at 3.30PM. I didn't have soap, shower gel nor shampoo. The bed was not done. It's a glorified apartment not an hotel. There is a gated and secured parking lot. Second positive element.

Perfect

We booked this accommodation on our way down to Bordeaux, wanting something small and more personal. Mansur and his wife made this the perfect place to stay the room was beautifully presented and lots of room. A seperate large bathroom and WC were great, and everything provided, just like being at home. I would have no hesitation staying here again and will be recommending to all our friends trading in this area.

A good in a great location

Good hotel, location was ideal to stroll down to local shops and bars. Next to a supermarket and a small ferry accoss to beach and main town. Hotel has no bar / restaurant and reception is not 24h

Très bien situé pour accéder au port et au village du Vendée globe. Parking privé appréciable vu le monde à cette période. Appartement 6 personnes spacieux et lumineux. Les matelas sont un peu durs Ménage à revoir... Miettes sur l'étagère du micro onde, poubelle de la salle de bain tachée, sol collant...

L'escroquerie à fuir

Le jour de notre arrivée, l'accueil était fermé. Et notre logement a été loué à d'autres personnes. Donc notre réservation introuvable, on nous a invité à rentrer chez nous. En insistant un peu, on nous a relogé à 1h de route de la résidence, pour revenir le lendemain. Heureusement nous avons insisté et montrer les preuves de ma réservation. Nous avons été relogé en catastrophe dans la résidence. Nous avons pas eu d'explication sur les problèmes rencontrés. Des frais supplémentaires, on était engendrer pertes des nos courses (produits frais....), 2h de trajet en plus dans le budget. Catastrophique..., à fuir Tu réserve un hébergement non remboursable, il le loue à deux personnes la personne arrivaient en premier à le logement. Si vous insistez pas vous perdez votre argent ou on vous relogé à 1h du lieu de la résidence. L'escroquerie

Fuyez c’est une arnaque. Cet établissement associé avec Hôtel.com et d’autres partenaires effectuent du surbooking. Résultat nous nous sommes retrouvés sans location malgré notre réservation, laissés pour compte nous et les autres dans le même cas et ce devant une réception qui ferme à 19:00! Livrés à nous même sans lieux où dormir ni solutions de ré-hébergement Certains avec des enfants en bas âge.une honte totale! Et l’oscar de la malhonnêteté : hôtel.com nous a débité l’intégralité de notre séjour
