The room was very nice and very roomy very nice hotel. Unfortunately the food attendant had not been properly trained, and the hot entries were cold in the middle two days in a row other than that the hotel is very nice and I would stay there again

Hotel only offers full room service after a 3 day stay or if requested. I received what I needed quickly and without any fuss. I think a daily quick freshen might be nice; freshen towel, toilet paper, soap, shower shampoo(ours was empty), coffee and cup supply should be required, plus empty garbage and provide container for recycling containers. Pool and hot tub were good temperatures and area was tidy but actual pool and hot tubs didn't look very clean along sides of walls. Maybe need good scrubbing? Air filters above pool looked very dusty too. Breakfast area was clean and tidy and seemed to have enough food available for breakfast guests but we were there during week and wasn't very busy. Not sure how larger guest numbers would be accommodated. Dumpster area in hotel parking had mattress and other refuse outside dumpsters, with "not guest" people hanging around. I know this is hard to control but it was a little unsettling as I parked my vehicle on this side. Hotel is very quiet, beds are comfortable for price.

Room was very nice, clean, lots hot water, good pressure, they didn't skimp on towels I. The room I always have to ask for extra for a dry one in am. Beds very comfortable. Coffee, frig & micro in room. Lighting was good. Only downside was I had things to print but there printer was issues, at first she said it wasn't working. I got one page to print but that was all. Breakfast was avg for that type of breakfast.

Bathroom tap was not attached to the counter, room door handle was loose/broken, stained duvet, multiple (20-30) flies in room, dirty/grimy hot tub seats/stairs and insects in the swimming pool. And nobody was readily available at the front desk, always had to ring the bell and wait, usually 5-10 minutes. Already reported to the hotel through an email survey.

Excellent value for the price paid!

Great location and comfortable hotel. Service was good and the breakfast was tasty. Some of the finishes are a bit tired but didn’t affect my stay. Excellent value for money.
