Bedrooms are a little small but good for us. It’s very clean and the staff is amazing. Very accommodating. Door was sticking, towel rack fell off the wall and I felt like the shower head was gonna unscrew when I tried to take it off full pressure. It’s just the room. Motel is great in every other department.

Stayed here last minute due to some unexpected events. Was a little nervous about this hotel but ended up leaving pleasantly surprised. It's clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was surprisingly good for a hotel continental. Was a good deal for the price.

We stayed in the non-smoking room, which doesn’t have windows going outside, just inside the lobby where is the swimming pool and it still smells like cigarettes in the room. Disgusting! Cleaning service is very poor! We stayed there for 3 nights and they “cleaned” our room twice which is making bed( my 14yo brother does it better) all the sheets were on the floor, changing garbages and towels. It was two of us staying in the room, but towels were changed just for 1 person. I was very upset. I stayed in Lethbridge for vacation. I didn’t want to worry about cleanliness in the hotel and smell of cigarettes in non-smoking room.
