This Hotel was horrible as we were booked to stay the night and we showed up with the doors locked and no sign. We waited and called the front desk with no answer. We proceeded to another hotel to get a room as it was getting late tried to cancel the room but the system already said we arrived when we did not. We still have not received a refund or an apology from the Hotel.

This is my favorite place to stay in Lethbridge. Rooms are vary clean. Staff it great. Lots of parking if you have a work truck. Breakfast has a great solution.

Hotel was very clean and everything was easy to find and access. Room was spotless, we were very impr4essed. Rohit, who checked us in, was very friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. Complimentary breakfast was delicious as well with so many options. I highly recommend staying here.

It was an average place to stay. No where to walk after long day of driving. Cleaning staff were in a hurry to clean our room and stationed right outside our door in the morning which prevented us from using the luggage cart. However continental breakfast was great.
