Great family hotel

Ill start with the positive, staff are great, room was very clean , beds comfy. The only thing I found there was no ambience room was quite sterile, but that is just my personal opinion. We were in a pet room as we had our dog with us, maybe that is why. I ended up not using the pool because there were a 100 kids always in there, that being said this is a wonderful hotel to stay if you have children. Overall I recommend it.

The reception service was surly and unwelcoming upon arrival. The AC very inefficient . The room was very hot despite setting the unit at maximum. Probably needs an upgrade. No complimentary water provided. Even a two star hotel typically provides a couple of bottles.

The check-in staff member was friendly, however, the one the next morning was not the same. I asked if the waterslide would be turned on (it wasn't when my kids went in just before 9 am) and was told "yep" with no eye contact. We went swimming for a short time the night before but the shrieking and extreme noise was too much for my kids and we left early. Breakfast was good with decent options and the room was fairly comfortable. The AC unit rattles and woke us up a few times in the night. The king bed had 3 pillows only, I requested one more (2 people) and we had to collect it (no pillow case) from the front desk at 9:40pm. The pillows were lumpy and not very comfortable but we made do. We were 4 people in the room but with only 2 bath towels so we got 2 more from the fitness room. Great location, easy to park.
