The tv did not work in the room and they were not willing to compensate for this until I argued the point. I was told because we did not book directly with the hotel and paid in advance they could not do anything about it. I told them that was not acceptable. They were sold out so we did not have another room option. After the front desk staff made a few phone calls they gave us a refund of $28.88
