Some sketchy clientele. Some really sketchy folks hanging around by the 24/7 restaurant entrance. Hallways at night smelled liked wet towels that hadn't dried properly. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Beds/linen were clean. Still, can't recommend this unless you're really in a pinch.

Our initial room was dirty. Bathroom sink did not drain, black hair in the tub, grudge and dirt in corners, coffee maker broken, an odor greeted us when we first entered. The next morning Catalina, listened to us, and put us in another room right away. This room was clean and we were very satisfied and thankful for this change. Made the rest of our stay comfortable. We were thankful for this. The one problem which was nightly was the environment around the hotel. The entire area had questionable people wandering about. We never felt safe going out to our car. Even our family who came once to pick us up felt unsafe with the surroundings, referring to it as sketchy. They live in Lethbridge and said this was not a good place.

Convenient to the highway; nothing fancy.
The elevator was a little slow to get moving (5 minutes). The carpet in the room really needs to be cleaned. Likewise the two chairs need a serious wipe down. Otherwise, the room was clean and very functional.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is always clean. We have stayed here whenever we need to come to Lethbridge and are never disappointed! I also love that there is a Denny’s downstairs which is very convenient.
