For being such a big hotel chain I expected so much more. The room stunk, our deadbolt was broken, the elevator door opened before stopping, the bathroom was gross. The only good experience was that the staff was good. Overall not happy with the stay.

Hair in the tub, floors, in the beds and a clump in the tub drain! Peeling wallpaper with stains on the walls, in the carpet and in the hall. Elevator does not respond despite using keycard. Weird black specks on the window sill (dead insects? black mold?). Didn’t stay the night, attempting a refund but not holding my breath. NOT A 3 STAR PROPERTY!!!

couldn't get wi-fi to work. Room smelled funky. Cooling system was very noisy as it cycled on and off. Huge broken plate glass window lay shattered beside the lobby entrance and the plywood covering the hole didn't add to the ambience. Not sure the cordoned off "express check-in line" for "members" was either needed nor did it set a great tone for the property. Check in staff member was competent and friendly.

The wifi was terrible. Couldn’t even use it. The bathroom floor needs to be updated. Looks dirty. Beds were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool.
