Staff were excellent, great service and responsive to our needs. Unfortunately, our needs included the lack of hot water in our room. Staff tried diligently and, when unsuccessful, offered for us to switch rooms. Thanks to a great staff and good take out breakfast, I recommend the French!

The rooms were clean, the door didn't necessarily ensure you felt safe as it did not close properly in the frame, and you had to fight with it. The pool area was dirty, and the pool itself was freezing cold water, and you could see tons of debris on the bottom and around the edges. I wouldn't swim not knowing what exactly was waiting to slice body parts open. The staff were not friendly or inviting, rather gave the impression they were very put out by your presence. Spoke with other guests who felt the same, wondering what they had done to earn such disaproval from the front desk staff.

The beds are soft, the bathroom has little privacy and the shower valve was ridiculously difficult to use and the water was scalding at all settings, made up for the Glacier cold swimming pool. Great business hotel.

Disappointing

The pool was closed just after we got here which was very disappointing. The hot tub was tiny, very hot and not in the best condition. This area needs some work. The vending machine stuck so we lost $2.75 for a chocolate bar. Another disappointment for my granddaughter.

A/C unit decided to act up with huge noise at 1am. They offered another room but were too tired to move. Maintenance man quick to respond but didn’t have parts. As the temperature in the room was ok we decided to stay and not turn on the a/c.
