Beautiful groynds, lovely staff. It was everything I was hoping for on the outside but I was so disappointed to find our room was not in the castle. That was the sole purpose of booking it for our big holiday.

Staff were all so friendly, food was fabulous, breakfast included in our room rate was fab and offered until 11 which suited. We had dinner on two nights out of three as we enjoyed it so much. Very dog friendly in all areas. Room was a little tired but spotless and the WiFi wasn’t great but won’t stop us returning!

we absolutely loved Kilconquhar Estates! The only negative we found was the poor water pressure. Not a big deal. Everyone on the staff was very friendly, helpful, courteous, and would go out of the way to make our stay fabulous. The estate food was top notch. The villa was more than perfect, we felt like royalty! The villa was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Thank you for the perfect stay in Scotland. I hope we can come back some day

Last minute stay!

Fantastic last minute night away. Less than 15 miles from where we live but that didn't matter as the stay was lovely. Lovely staff, good facilities, lovely well maintained ground and a delicious breakfast.
