I checked into my room and had to checkout within 30 minutes due to bed bugs!! The staff as well as Expedia were easy to work with for a refund.

The place is rough. It’s not very clean, there was a used bar of soap in shower with something on it. It has a smell to it and every time you get off the elevator you’re thankful.

Not great.

As soon as we checked into the room my friend sat GENTLY on the bed just to have the whole frame snap. There were dirty socks under the blanket and trash under the couch cushions.

It was run down and a terrible value, even for the peak of travel season. Moldy peeling ceiling in the shower, slow drains and just a rundown old property. I felt like I got gouged. I won’t stay there again.

It was ok.

The staff was nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. Breakfast had good options. The tv remote didnt operate the tv except to turn it on or off or to change the volume. We were stuck watching one channel. The floor in our bathroom was dirty. We could feel the spings in our backs on the beds. The alarm clock was set from the previous customer so we got woke up at 4am. Looks a little run down. But for the price, we had a place to sleep.

Our room very little light and light bulb missing out of the lamp hair in the bathroom as well as the pool was pretty dirty on the bottom which was part of the reason we were there for my sons birthday.

Just wear and tear. Hall carpets were pretty dirty but that does not matter to me. Room was clean, bed was good, good shower. Those are the key things not hallway carpet. Good price.

I was here for a long term work trip that got canceled early. The staff was very helpful at helping get it canceled and refunded. Very old building, old amenities, old refrigerators and microwave in room. Affordable rate, you get what you pay for.

homeless people come right in and help them selfs to the pool and downstairs bathrooms. there is no security what so ever you can walk in and out without a key card. i was able to see right through my room door. the floor was sticky and gross. no water pressure for the shower and had so much hsir that it couldn't drain. the hotel doesn't seem to put no money back into the place to keep it up.

I stayed here from 7/27/25 to 8/2/25. This property is a little older but clean. In the hallway fragrance was a little strong I believe was due to dogs that were there and trying to eliminate odors from them. I would suggest putting looks on the sliding glass doors and tighten the screws to the front door as it is a little loose. The only thing that I didn't like was I got scratched while in bed by a screw that was found on the mattress. I gave this to the front desk when I left. Even with these issues and seeing they are trying to improve things I would stay there again.
