I paid to upgrade to the mountain view side for a 2 night get away. We were put on the first floor which opens to the dog park, not a balcony. Only one very dirty chair outside. Asked for a second chair and never got it. Realized our room would have had lots of pets staying in it since it opened to the dog park (yes, we saw and heard several dogs). Shower floor was very stained which made it look dirty. Room was not cleaned/serviced on second day so had to go get more TP and towels myself. Not the worst stay ever, room was decent and staff was nice but not the romantic get away hoped for. Warm cookies were great!

The room was narrow and dark. Bathroom small with lower than normal toilet and one sink. It had an adjoining door to the room next to it. We felt like we were in a room meant for kids. Disappointing for sure and $240!

We’ve stayed here several times, but this time they were waiting on a delivery of privacy curtains. And there was a car with flashing amber utility lights going all night (parked but no one knew who the owner was). We were facing the parking lot (ground floor) so every time we were awake in the room we were worried about someone looking in or the amber flashing lights. It was interesting for sure! All circumstantial - not much they could do.

When in Lewiston ID I always book this hotel due to being a short walk next door down the steps to Ernie’s Steakhouse. In addition great location to all types of drinking and dining options to include shops
