Staff was friendly at check in and check out. We took advantage of one of the larger rooms which had two queens and two full beds to accommodate our travel group. Didn't take advantage of continental breakfast as our schedule didn't align. The two smaller beds seem to be on the end of their life cycle, but the room was clean and spacious.

Pros: Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast offered some breads, cereal, milk, juice, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Cons: Room was very dusty, bathroom door wouldn't close, bathroom floor was warped and dirty with hair and debris when we arrived. We requested housekeeping to clean the bathroom and replace some towels and they didn't arrive and flipped the door sign so we had to deal with a dirty bathroom for two nights and ask for towels from the front desk.

We have stayed at the Boise Inn America many times and really enjoyed it. Very nice place for the price!! I was expecting the same for the Lewiston Inn America and was very disappointed. My room was quite outdated. All of the furniture (table, dresser, desk-chair, sitting chair, box for refrigerator) just had an old and very used appearance; lots of scrapes, scratches, and chips. The walls were outdated, not very homey. The breakfast display was also a very big disappointment; not nearly the variety of choices compared to the Boise Inn America.

Property felt safe. Checked in at dusk and checked out at dawn, so can't say much about the outside surroundings. The room was clean, air conditioning worked. Parked right outside our room window that was near the entrance. Over all experience was good, however, breakfast could improve from just waffles.
