Expedia forgot to send in confirmation to hotel. I had to call them. Once reservation was confirmed it took another 15 minutes to have it show up. 45 minutes to check in. Front desk, Sherry, was wonderful and very helpful. TV operations sucked!!!!!

While hesitant to book because of negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of our 3 night stay. Yes, this property could use a facelift, notably carpet in hallways, etc. But while we were there? All I saw were hardworking people doing their best to keep this hotel clean and safe for guests. Our room was comfortable, the pool was great and no one minded we were out quietly floating until late. Saw many people with their pets which was really nice, and breakfast was pretty dang decent! All in all, 8 out of 10...good job!!

We had stayed here a year ago and it was definitely not the newest best hotel, but it was clean. This stay, it was not clean. I ran to the store to buy cleaning supplies for the room. They had exterminators there everyday and several rooms on our floor were tagged by the exterminators to not access. The night activity made me a bit nervous to leave the room till it was light out again. The breakfast was VERY limited this visit as well. Most the staff were nice enough, but won’t be staying again sadly.

To start off on a positive note. The front desk clerk was friendly and professional. The rooms were fairly clean, but very shabby. The bed was comfortable and linens were soft. Breakfast was disappointing. Waffles, cereal juice and coffee. There were toasters, jam, etc, but no bread. The price was right, but they need to make improvements.

the beds were too soft, the chair at the desk was old and torn. only had three selection for Breakfast major disappointment.
