The lady at the front desk gives excellent service

Comfy bed, nutritious breakfast, and excellent service from staff--the lady at the front desk is always super-helpful. I suggest repairing the bathroom door in room 209 before multiple people use it (not an issue for this solo traveler).

Think twice

We were ther for my father's celebration of life. The support staff was okay; the management is unreasonable. The room was adequate. But for a party of four they only give you 3 towels and 2 wash clothes. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. BUT, YOU BETTER NOT THINK ABOUT TAKING BREAKFAST ITEMS BACK TO YOUR ROOM. I did not enjoy being lectured to as a child for bring 2 plates of 2 bagels, 2 omelets, and 2 waffles to our room. I was told this is not allowed and "this will make a mess, and you will attract ants" please do not do it again. If they are so interested in keeping the room clean, why did they not care to clean the stains and white goo off the fabric chair. This is the first time I have ever been told not to do that by any hotel chain, including Marriott & Hilton. We arrived at 2am that morning after a long day of delayed flights. The breakfast stops at 9am and we had just woken up at 840am. I thought I would at least grab a little bit of food before it was put up so we could get showered and dressed and not continue to starve. Also, there are only 8 tables and 16 chairs, which is not enough for the always packed breakfast area. One morning I stood to eat my food, as there was nowhere to sit, in fear of being yelled at again for taking food back to my room. Never mind the countless people at night who were ordering Door Dash and eating that in their room. The TV remote didn't work and it wasn't even the correct remote for the TV.

This property is a little funky in the way that it’s set up and hard to find the right door to enter. Other than that, it was a comfortable small room but very clean and the staff was very nice and breakfast was decent in the morning. Can’t ask for anything more for that price. I think I paid $100 a night.

We stayed in lewiston Surestay 42 nights, we appreciate it, they were dog friendly. We found it to be cliche, need the staff we're very friendly. Very helpful, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely the worst place I've stayed at!

The staff at this motel treats Americans horribly! I was in Lewiston for a medical appointment. We live in Calais. From the moment we walked in we felt the chill from staff members. The desk clerk never made eye contact with us. I could go on and on, but, am limited. The bottom line.. if you are an American, don't go near this racist establishment. It is terrible in every way. I had to come back to Calais a day early because my driver and i got very sick while staying there. I ask for a refund for the night we were unable stay. Without even looking up, the clerk said, "we don't do that", then walked away.
