I stayed here with my daughter for a visit to University of Kentucky. The hotel was in an area with lots of dining options. Unfortunately, it was raining so we didn't get to explore the area too much. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. My only complaint was that the hotel was not marked clearly outside so I was a bit confused upon arrival if I was in the right place or not!

Great location but room needs dusting
Awesome location and the staff is great. The room needs a good dusting. You can tell it hadn’t been dusted in a while and it affected my wife’s allergies. Total bummer

21C is nice hotel, but we were disappointed in the broken/slow elevators during our stay. The area of downtown Lexington was not the best for safety. In the middle of the night, people could be heard partying/screaming across the street, while loud cars raced through the downtown streets.

Price is high for a small room but it was a good location. But, more importantly, the TV and phone didn’t work so we had to go down to the lobby late and have a service guy come to our room. When I nicely reported same at checkout, the staff said “thanks for letting me know”, not exactly a stellar answer.

We enjoyed majority of the stay. However the man securing the door was cracking it up in the street. We were followed by a man to our hotel and he was no where to stop the man following us in. No one in the lobby. I guess that’s Lexington nowadays. He was waiting for us to get in the elevator to come in. (You can see right into the main elevators from the main entrance) Ended up hiding in an art gallery for a moment and accessing the elevator on the second gallery level. Low security for a high risk area. Room was great. Clean. Museum was dope. Y’all should really tint those door windows for better hotel privacy if security isn’t going to man the door better.
