The carpet while clean was not very pleasant for me to look at. The bed was very comfortable. There was only one regular coffee packet and one decaf packet provided in the room. Very good sausage gravy made the breakfast very satisfying.

We had a good experience with this hotel. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was on duty and attentive. Breakfast wasn’t that great but we got down there about 8:30 so probably our fault everything was almost all eaten. Other than that, I would give the hotel five stars!

The building is old, and the doorknob was broken, making it difficult to open. Also, the phone charger was old and wobbly, preventing it from charging. Guests are advised to bring their own potable charger and or I need a power cord.

The hospitality staff were very nice. We had some changes that we needed to make at last minute. They quickly added to our reservation another night for two rooms. We asked for daily room housekeeping which is no longer industry standard. They accommodated our request which we truly appreciated as we had two handicapped elderly people with two additional elderly people. They were compassionate and respectful. We would definitely use them again if we ever needed to be in Kentucky again.

Parking lot was a little small and finding a spot on the weekends if you get back late is almost impossible. For someone who stays multiple days like I did, the breakfast gets stale quickly. The same thing is served day after day. Its good, don't get me wrong just boring after day two lol. Now for the positives.....The bed was very comfy, plenty of tv channels to watch, and the staff was very courteous. Always said good morning or good evening depending on time of day.
