When I checked in the people at the desk told me I paid too much and they would give me a discount on my next visit--well I live in California and hardly ever get to Frankfort--not happening.

While it is an older property, it is well maintained. There is not an elevator to the second floor but there is a loading ramp. We reserved a king suite and the one on the first floor was huge!

Sketchy area. People just standing around in bigger groups. Entry door had its share of dents. Room was REALLY outdated. Outlet covers off…. Easily could fit a finger in to a hot wire. Toilet looked like it was 20 years old with hard use. I’ve seen truck stop toilets that look better. I’d have to be REALLY tired and desperate for a place to sleep or take a dump before I went back

Guy at desk checking in was very nice. People cleaning too loud in morning and taking up entire hallway when entering room. 45 Hispanics in outdoor area concerning. Felt we should of been warned about the Hispanics when checking in. We aren't racist people but felt a bit unsafe.

We stayed right after Frankfort ,Kentucky had a flood . The hotel had to conserve water and not put clean linens on beds and towels having to use same pool towels and shower towels for stay. Employees children ran up and down the halls.

The hotel had hardly any guests the night I was there, bathroom had good amenities but the sink is outside of the bathroom and is immediately by the main door, HVAC had Constant Fan option, only clock in the room is on the microwave, good size fridge that had a small freezer section too (rare to find a freezer section), bed was a very lumpy uncomfortable worn out mattress.

This was a great place to stay with many amenities and close to plenty of attractions and eateries. The only thing that was an issue was whomever was in the room above us. They must have been doing gymnastics in there room above us. Would recommend staying on the second floor which would mitigate that.
