The property was very clean, breakfast was good. The staff didn’t go out of their way to be friendly, not unfriendly, just not friendly. Didn’t feel like they appreciated us choosing them over other options, so many good options in that area, just not available for our trip. Would probably stay there again, but not in our top five choices.

I immediately noticed the peeling paint on the stairway rails as I stood waiting to check in. The stain and varnish on the wood flooring in the entry way was worn down to bare wood and the sidewalks and driveway drop-off areas ware stained from garbage can runoff. When we entered our room the trash cans had no trash bags in them and were sitting on the couch. I'm not sure what kind of cleaning supplies they are using but the room surfaces had a sticky feeling. If I had not booked through a third party with all the hassle of trying to get a refund, I would have walked out and probably should have anyway...

My daughter had itchy bites on her ankles the last two days we stayed there. She looked on the bed in the morning and seen a little tiney bug. It didn't look like a bedbug tho. I told the guy at the counter as we checked out and didn't even get an apology and honestly he didn't even seem surprised. My review wouldn't of been as harsh if he would of at least apologized to us, but he didn't seem to care at all. I stayed at this hotel quite a few times when i visit my daughter at college. I will definitely be finding a different hotel when i go back to visit my daughter in October!!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Receptionist gave us fantastic recommendations for dinner that was just a short walk away from hotel. The evening cookies and popcorn are a great addition for the guest staying there. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. If we ever go through this area again we would defiantly stay again
