I asked for a regular room and they gave me a handicapped room and it didn't have any space in the bathroom to put our toiletries. The room and bathroom was dated and kind of depressing. The breakfast was good and the lady working the breakfast was very friendly.

We had confusion on reservations, they refused to help and were asked directly about reservations prior to checking in. Was lied to. Then when they trough us out they packed our personal belongs without asking prior to check out time. I have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years I will never return. And since I use it for sports weekend frequently have in the past brought s large group of athletes with us. Do not use this hotel no respect for guests

Friendly staff, particularly the lady who runs the breakfast buffet (I think she’s been there for years - sweet lady with a heart of gold and has adopted multiple children). LARGE HEATED POOL!! Lots of hotels advertise that they have one but are too cheap to pay to keep the heat on. This hotel keeps its promise to heat the pool, at least the weekends I was there. Easy access off I-75 in Georgetown KY and walking distance to a really good steak restaurant. Have stayed there twice for a total of 5 nights and I’d do it again.

The property was ok. It was convenient and close to a lot of places to eat. The staff was very friendly. However, my smoke-free room had a smell like someone had been smoking in it and they tried to unsuccessfully cover it up.

While this hotel is older in some aspects (carpet, etc), they kept everything clean absolutely excelled in service! The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, even quickly cleaning up after my daughter spilled her drink in the lobby. Housekeeping was wonderful in quickly helping me find a hair dryer when I needed one. Tanya the breakfast attendant was AMAZING and attentive, kept eveything full and fresh, and was so friendly and helped start our days off wonderfully. My kids loved the warm pool and hot tub, and the nightly popcorn and fresh cookies! We will definitely stay again!

Everything was good, but the A/C kept cutting off. There was no way to keep the fan at least running to keep the air circulating. I did not enjoy that because it would get a little warm before the actual thermostat decided it needed to kick back on. Also, the beds are a little too hard for our taste. The rooms were clean, good water pressure and hot water made showers and baths enjoyable. The staff was very friendly, which is always appreciated! We would stay here again, but we would want to try somewhere different to see if the things I stated above were better.

The good the lady in breakfast area was super nice and attentive The bad noisy first night guy in room next to us was coughing all evening and could hear thru walls and under adjoining door (1 in space under each door) 2nd night family with kids not as noisy but very little dampening effect between rooms

Nothing but average.
This property could use a freshening up. It’s a little worn. Also, an afternoon desk clerk who acts like she cares about her customers and doesn’t yawn during the check in process. The woman in charge of the breakfast area was very friendly and warm towards customers. Put the young desk clerk with her to watch how to treat a guest.

The hotel was excellent. It was clean and comfortable. They were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The snacks in the evening were great- kids loved the hot chocolate! Breakfast was wonderful and they have a very nice and helpful host at breakfast. I believe her name was Tonya. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. I have no complaints.

Co s: Needs some cosmetic touch-up. Bed mattress too firm for me. Hot tub water got cold. No towels in the pool area and had to go to desk and ask for towels. We were told to put the sign on the door by 10 am to have towels replaced. They never were replaced and we had to ask for more towels to be brought up. Pros: clean, friendly, breakfast attendant was awesome.

We always have good experiences at Best Western Plus, and this was no exception. The room was probably the largest room we've ever been in. We were on the highway side of the motel and highway traffic could be heard, but it was not a problem sleeping. We would gladly stay here again.
