The neighborhood was a bit suspect, but the rooms were very clean and the desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband got mean mugged by one of the staff, when he was walking through the lobby with 2 plates of food. She pointed to a sign about not taking extra food, which was ridiculous because he had only had 2 plates! hich he was bringing back to our room.

I accidentally left my wallet in the room and within a half hour they called me to tell me they found it. So it didn't take long to return to Best Western extremely helpful. It was clean and everyone was courteous.

We were not even able to stay because they did not have space for my vehicles and when I talked with the desk staff, they said they couldn't return my $220.46 for 2 rooms. I had to go to another hotel. I am completely infuriated by this. I will never stay at a BEST WESTERN again! This is fraud! Don't have a hotel if you don't have parking for your customers!!!!
