Hotel was super clean, fancy, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in my entire life. It is more comfortable than my bed at home, I really wish I was kidding but I’m not. The layout of the hotel was super cool, I loved the bathroom and the clear shower and the knob on the side instead of under the shower head. The whole hotel was super convenient and comfortable. I LOVED IT.

Not for Light Sleepers

I wish I knew the rooms on either side of the hallway were opposite one another. If someone across the hall opens or closes their door, you will hear it all throughout the night. My wife and I couldn't sleep because people kept opening and closing their doors throughout the night. The smoke alarm above the bed flashes brightly nonstop. The flashes kept me awake on top of the noise. The front desk people were, however, super friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy, I just wish we could have slept during our stay.

The property was clean good location if you are trying to stay near the hospital, but downtown is a quick ride away. Lyft or uber is really inexpensive. I was unimpressed that the hotel wanted to charge me in full before I even arrived because they were booked. I wanted to pay cash with a card to hold but they said they don't take cash. So basically, they were willing to take away my long-standing reservation in order to give it to someone else. That is terrible
