Desk clerk Jordan was very friendly and helpful. Carpet inside the room and hallway was very dirty. Did not feel like one could walk around without shoes. Did not like the layout of the bathroom (had to position oneself in the corner on one side of the toilet to close the door). Water pressure in shower and hot water availability was good. Variety of and availability of breakfast items was good. This was the best part of the stay. Overall, the hotel seemed very old and needed to be updated.

Customer service was top notch. All employees were very nice to deal with. Overall we had a good experience but I just felt the place was a little dingy. It’s an older building and needs a remodel. Maybe I have higher standards, but it just had a slight smell about it. I don’t think you could fix it without new carpets and repainting the place. Price just didn’t reflect the condition. As with every other place they charge the amount because people will pay that amount. Again the employees were great and had no control over the condition of the building. It was as clean as it could be.

When we arrived at the property there was a terrible stench that the front desk said was because the air conditioning has been leaking and still needs to be fixed. The toilet took 5 minutes to flush, the comforter was stained, and there was 1 towel for 4 guest check in. The lady at the desk was kind and contacted the manager but they had no other rooms so we cancelled free of charge.

I was in room 104. It smelled musty and damp. The floor was damp. The service at the front desk was great but I checked in very, very late and did not want to contend with changing rooms. Then by 7 am there were kids running up and down the hallway yelling so much no possibility of sleeping - just left. I stay here a lot but may rethink that in the future.

Front desk person was friendly and check in was quick. Overall, the hotel was a bit rundown, hallway carpets were dirty and in need of replacement. Some windows in lobby were etched white from something. Room was clean but definitely in need of an update. Room was "accessible" however, they used the handicap handrails in the bathroom as towel rods. Bed was way too tall for someone who would need to transfer from a wheelchair. Mattress was a bit uncomfortable; sheets seemed a bit rough to the touch. Access to local business was good.

The windows had no locks them. Very easy to just climb right in . Talk to front desk clerk about it and he was going tomoved us to another room and checked it before we moved and that window opened up as well. So he moved us up to the second floor. He was very helpful.
