Despite everything it was a great stay
The hotel is being updated and when we got off the elevator we realized construction was still ongoing. Despite that, our room had been updated and was so comfy after a long drive. The power was out because of the storms so we went and explored Lexington and found some great spots. The staff was so apologetic for the power situation and made sure our room was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Nice, comfortable little hotel.
This is a nice, comfortable hotel which is currently being remodeled. Upon check-in, the front desk was experiencing computer problems and it took a little bit to get us registered. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel like we'll probably stay there on our next visit to Lexington.

This property was dirty. I had to remake my bed because the sheets were completely dirty on my bed. My room looked as tho it had not been cleaned. Only the trash pulled. I asked to switch rooms and was told it wasn’t allowed. The staff was not interested in assisting me or hearing my concerns. Just brushed me off and was kinda like oh well nothing we can do but you can remake your own beds with the linen I gave you. Poor customer service/ relations. Won’t be going back.

Great place! A true diamond in the rough. Owners have really gone out of their way to make this the best option in the immediate area especially in consideration to value. Very clean, updated rooms with above average and impressive lobby and indoor pool. They were attentive to my needs all the while polite without a hint of attitude which I find often when staying at hotels with this price point. Hot breakfast was on par with others nothing special but got the job done. To sum it up it’s a 3.5 star stay at a 2 star price and as long as they have availability when I come through I’ll be staying there…

Sheets were not clean- went downstairs and asked for clean pillow cases and the employee handed me the linens over the counter- There was no light bulb in the lamp so it was very dark. Ended up leaving and going to a different hotel.

Overall it was an okay stay and my kids enjoyed the pool which was clean. But everything in the room we didn’t want to touch. Fingerprints and stains on everything. We didn’t even want to step into the tub. It’s also probably the only area in Lexington I didn’t feel safe in and the gentlemen’s club next door added to that. Would never stay again. Also the 1st floor was all demolished to the studs which is also mentioned in other reviews.

Avoid! Couch had gross stains and holes. It was advertised as a room with a sleeper sofa. A small kid might have been able to sleep on it. The couch was dirty/stained and had holes in the fabric. There were no sheets/ linens for the so- called sleeper sofa. Breakfast was not edible. Eggs were runny, biscuits were soggy from condensation running from lid onto food. Gravy made me gag. It was runny like mucus and was barely warmer than room temperature.
