Clean

Could use music to create some ambiance. Otherwise it was as expected. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom bright and clean. My hallway door had a large gap under it which concerned me but the building felt safe. Solo travel this stay so safety was a concern. Creepy customer at the desk made sexual comments to me so I lingered a while during check in until he left. The manager was either oblivious or didn't care.

The Door to the room wouldnt open without enormous effort. It would be a fire hazard if you needed to get out in an emergency. The staff was nice but the bathroom while the sink was new the shower had bad mold.

The room was very small. There was an odor of mold or mildew - damp. The desk chair leaned far back and no other chair was in the room. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. There was no soap or shampoo available in the room - it was all empty.

It was convenient for an overnight stay after visit nearby Childress Vineyards. Shopping and dining options close by as well. Staff very friendly. Could tell there had been upgrades to this older property but rooms were clean and very spacious. Bed was comfy. Overall, we enjoy our stay.

As a solo female traveler Comfort Inn & Suites 1525 Cotton Grove Rd. Lexington. was a great hotel to stay in. Fantastic room service. Very clean. Quiet place not right on interstate. Full breakfast every morning. Coffee available all day. Front desk and all the staff I met were very nice. Princess at front desk always spoke and asked if I needed anything. I was there 4 days in late May. I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lexington. Definitely a 10-star hotel which mainly the staff creates and maintains. Definitely will be back...

It was pretty convenient to our family and to the mall. It was pretty clean. The toilet paper holder was mounted in an inconvenient place. We didn't care for the satelite tv. It kept going in and out.

It would have been nice for rhe cleaning crew to vacuum later in the morning Floors were vinyl and not carpet which made things louder and not as cozy. Staff was very friendly and place was clean enough and safe. Not great shower but we weren’t expecting it to be the Taj Mahal. Overall I would stay here again.
