THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND VERY SPACIOUS. WE HAD THE 2 BEDROOM SUITE ROOM 201. IT WAS COMFORTABLE AND THE FRONT DESK HAD EVERYTHING THAT WE FORGOT. TOOTHBRUSH AND RAZOR. SHEILA AT THE FRONT DESK WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO ACCOMODATE OUR CHECKIN. THE ASSISTANT MANAGER ON THE SATURDAY NIGHT SHIFT WAS SO NICE TO TALK TO.

Honestly our stay was not very good, but it's not really the staffing that is to blame. The hot tub was the reason we chose this hotel over cheaper options. We'll the hot tubs heater was broken. Tried to swim in the pool and some women was in there with sick kids and there was snot floating all over the pool. It was hard to rest because you can hear trains blowing their horn and it sounded like it was right outside. The breakfast was decent and has a good variety. The staff was really friendly. They were genuinely apologetic about the hottub but being aroubd the holidays they were having difficulties getting it fixed. I know they can't control rude tenants and the railroad.

Place was very clean. Staff friendly. Had significant issue at check in but was resolved. Breakfast underwhelming. Big issue is noise. Train track nearby and and train horns sounded several times. Plus major road noise. Got little sleep.

Room was clean and spacious with plenty of lighting. The pool was open 'til midnight so I had a nice swim and whirlpool between 9 and 10 p.m. I was happy to see refillable soap/shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. Towels were high quality and plentiful.

Overall an excellent stay. Front desk lady was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious, & having the wonderfully heated pool & hot tub open until midnight was fantastic for my crew! The only parts that weren't excellent was parts of the hotel could use refreshed and the hot tub jets were clogged so they didn't blow very hard. We will definitely be staying here again.
