Staff was helpful and amazing so polite. Room so clean and had plenty of room. Was quite and relaxable. There is was place near by to eat and a store to walk to. Will be staying again

Pool was closed for first two days of our stay and even after it was open, it closed early. Ice machine not working, room not clean and needs major TLC. sliding glass door lock was broken. vending machines empty, and the breakfast they advertise is a bottle of water and a granola bar in a paper bag.

The pool online says closed at 9 on the pool days 7 so we was swimming with the little kids and we got told by the maintenance guy he was gonna call the police if we didn’t get out of pool who closed a pool at 7 pm then the second night the pool was full of people and the guy who was working told us all to get out then he did call the police and we talked to the cop and she said they always call police even though they can’t do crap about if and after police left all kinds of people got back in the pool and no one said anything to them only when we all was out there never again will stay there they should have to give us refunds for no true information online that’s not ok and couldn’t get ahold of the person who owned the place either never ever dealt with that kind of hotel and won’t again

They had nothing that was advertised. No breakfast in the morning. The pool was broken down and after they got it fixed it was gross and full of hair. I walked on the carpet bare foot and had to go wash my feet off.

No, thank you.

The room and hallway smelled badly of smoke. Also, the bed was very hard. The toilet screeched for a full minute with each flush. The breakfast was a cereal bar and a water or OJ in a paper bag. (I was told this was because they are renovating and they will have a hot breakfast later.) On the positive side, the staff was polite, the location was quiet, and the room had a fridge and microwave. But that's not enough to bring me back. I'll not be back.

We were booked to stay July 10 to the 13, we stayed 1 night and moved to a different hotel. The room smelled on mildew, the carpet was filthy, the bathroom had black mold in it, the water pressure was okay, and their "continental breakfast " was a brown paper bag wirh 2 granola bars and a kiddie size juice. The mattress was hard as a rock to boot, and there was water damage on the ceiling.

Dirty Hotel

This may be the worst hotel we have stayed in. There was a pile of vomit in our room when we arrived. Front desk stated they could assign us another room but could not refund our money because we booked through Hotels.com. Next morning, we were told there’d be no complimentary continental breakfast because there was an issue in the kitchen. Hotel was dirty, staff was little help, and amenities listed were not provided. Very disappointing and will not be staying again.

Perfect location

This is the place we always stay on our first night of vacation.... Lexington is a great 👍 city, and this hotel is very convenient. Very comfortable too.

Beverly at front desk check in was amazing. Very kind. I would book again. The stay was nice the room is big. The pool is big and clean. It has a deep end. This hotel is definitely worth the money. Its homey, the only real thing I could say about it is that the toilet and tub drain slow.

For as much as we paid it should have been much nicer. Everything is very outdated had a horrible smell that gave me a bad taste in my mouth. There was cobwebs and the a light was burned out. If they r going to charge that much they need to remodel the whole place. I was not happy. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. I didn't complain to her cause there's nothing she could do to fix the problems.
