The only thing I didn’t care for was the sign to (go green) which says they only change towels every three days I guess for an extended stay they just advise ya to hang it up n reuse it I had to immediately go in take off all bedding and go get clean new make the bed up ourselves and that’s the only bad thing but that’s from my personal experience working in the hotel housekeeping myself years ago and I know they do not change the top blanket most times , I preferred to change my own bedding (just to make sure ), other than that if you get the non smoking room we got the kind deluxe suite which included a clean jacuzzi back mirror included there was even a seperate small area for the bed and nightstands alone , SUPER NICE & Private plus the jacuzzi was by the couch& we had a bathroom shower tub included in the restroom this place is pretty awesome pets are allowed ans even the windows will open up get ya some fresh air where they’re use to be a way to get in the balcony u see outside the window I give this hotel and my experience an 8.5 out of ten also the clerk told me to try Expedia.com ans I got that whole suite tax and all for 133$ one night of suite pampering was real nice and needed thanks to the staff we will come back and recommend your Hotel !!

The front desk girl was very nice! Unfortunately the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, mildew, and cat urine. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The shower had black mold and crusty water build up. I only stayed one night and that was only because every where else was sold out or way to expensive.

The room service was terible nobody there after 9 to get extra blankets towels washclothes ect. Room was never cleaned beds never changed this place was close to the rup arena which was good other than that i will never stay here again

The wall next to one of the beds in my room has been drawn on and snot smeared on it. The carpet my kid walked in with no socks and they got a sticjy feeling on their feet. It was gross.

Our bathroom was dirty. Used soap in the soap dish. Hair on the floor and black mudges everywhere throughout the room including the ceiling. Towels were soft. They included 2 bars of small soap, 2 bottles of shampoo/conditioner combo. Our room was a nonsmoking room bht the halls smelled of smoke. Our room smelled of a wet basement. Another thing that bothered me was that there was a lady with a cat in the hall. Cat was not in a carrier. The pilows are small not king sized. The king size bed was firm. The shower pressure was like pellets on my skin. Continential breakfast was a brown snack sack to go. It had a Hostess cake, granola bar, and either a water or Sunny D. It is a must drive to any restaurant in the area. Definitely not a walking safely area due to traffic.
