The walls were so thin I was up all night because the person in the room next to me was snoring. I also thought $15 a night for parking was unexpected and not necessary. I will not stay here again.

The lobby and atrium looked beautiful. I was attending a family reunion and had a lot of boxes. The suite was spacious and accommodating for all the stuff. My companion was highly complimentary of the breakfast. The bad news: The tub/shower has seen its best days and needs to be replaced. There were dust bunnies behind the door leading to the sleeping area. It's time for a refurbishing/replacement of the of the carpeting, & upholstered furniture. There was a charge for parking of which I was unaware.

Amazing staff. Very impressive look from outside, well maintained, easy parking. Main lobby area and building are nice. My room looked like I stepped into an old motel. Walls, ceiling, appliances beat up, worn out. Needs renovation and will be 5 stars.

The sofa bed had brownish stain all over it with no sheet on or anywhere in the room to at least cover it up. The hotel needs updates and I’ve never had to pay for parking at any hotel except for this one,

I am very annoyed at the $15 parking fee with $5 service charge. Service for what? Parking should be included in the price of the room. Also, room service app did not work and had to go downstairs to order.

The property was beautiful as always. I stay at this location twice a year and this year will be three times in 2025. One of the reasons I always stay here is because of your breakfast especially your freshly made pancakes. I can't express how disappointed i was to find out you no longer made fresh pancakes but yet serve pre-made frozen pancakes. I would like ask that you go back to making fresh pancakes. Thank you
