Although the room was clean, parking was easy, staff was pleasant that are a few things that could have been better. Definitely should invest in new beds, ours was well worn and uncomfortable and the breakfast could be improved. The toaster wasn't working correctly, only toasted 1 sided of the bread (and that was burnt, not toasted). The wifi wasn't working for about half out stay as well.

SO CONVENIENT. Close to UK Med Center. Cracker Barrel IN the parking lot. Staff-- incredibly helpful and the breakfast buffet was well above average.

A bit of garbage was left on the desk when we got in our room. Also spilled food on carpet was not cleaned up. Then one morning there was no hot water for showers. The guy at the desk promised some compensation to us and other guests but then told us upon check out that we’d have to contact the manager for any $ back. A debacle, overall.

Convenient place to stay in Lexington

Good area and convenient to the main roads in the area if you want to go to places like Keeneland or nearby bourbon distilleries. Gas station nearby as well as some fast food options (McDonalds on the same road), and easy to get to downtown Lexington as well.

Nice quiet area, the daytime staff were very friendly. Despite those things, I found a large bedbug on my pillow (have video proof) and pretty sure I had gotten bitten (red areas on my arm) in the morning. I was disgusted and very disappointed thinking I was going to be a regular at this hotel, as I stay here every week for school. Definitely not worth over $100 I paid and think I should be entitled to a refund (booked with Expedia so we shall see - they don’t have a great reputation for refunds).
