The receptionist was very friendly and gave us tips about parking for the Uk game. She took time to tell us her name and said if we needed anything, please ask. Everyone says that at hotels but she said it sincerely. She even said that her shift ended soon and told us the next person’s game. Then, when we were walking past the desk she said enjoy the game and be safe. When we came back, the next receptionist said hi my name is Jennifer if you need anything please let me know. Great customer service!!!
