Property was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Front desk person must have been new. It took an unusually long time to get checked in. Other reviews stated how quiet it was, but if you are on the side of the building adjacent to I-64…you can hear the I-64 traffic all night long. Perhaps we were assigned a room on that side of the building because we booked with Expedia instead of with Hilton reservations. Who knows?

Relaxing stay for a wedding weekend

Convenient location for our needs. Room attractively decorated. Good window treatment for both letting in and blocking out light. Nice breakfast bar and great coffee maker in lobby/breakfast room. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. A manager came through the breakfast room and, table by table, asked for feedback, a first ever for us. Cons: our room (101) was noisy since it was closest to lobby, pool, etc. It was our choice tho, so... The sink stopper didn't fully close or open. The room safe wouldn’t open without the front desk key and was located on the floor of the closet -- terribly inconvenient to the directions and for access. The cleaning station in the breakfast room was on the same small table as the plates and wrapped utensils -- unappetizing and possibly unsanitary.

Great quick stay

From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was clean and we enjoyed all aspects of our room. The location was perfect for the event that we came to town for. It was also nice to have so many things close by.
