Clean comfortable room is the most important. I like housekeeping upkeep of the room, new beddings: bed sheets pillows mostly are fresh and deciding factor to stay at holiday inn. If you can provide a 3-prong charger by the bed that would complete our stay. Thank you🙏

Dated, yet clean hotel. Friendly staff. Easy check-in and out. Comfortable, yet older, beds. Dated, yet clean, room and water pressure in shower. Nice breakfast - pancakes, eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, yogurt, juices, etc. Would be 5 star rating if hotel/rooms were updated.

The staff was wonderful. Check in was smooth, offered water on departure. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared so it was still hot from cooking, not the warmer when it made my plate. I specifically stopped to thank the cooks, it was that good.
