The property is nice however we were in a suitw that made alot of noise in the bathroom vet so we had to move to another room that wasnt a syite and I am still trying to get reimbursed for the difference in the room and that has not been resolved.

Kinda dated . The shower door was wonky ! The toilet was hard to flush the usb boxes didn’t work on the nightstand they were broken so I had to charge phone by tv Bed was comfy enough . It was ‘clean’ nothing amazing they were doing construction and that was a little hard but they worked it out great . The desk people were helpful but didn’t ask us about cleaning as we were there 3 days 2 nights . The best was the breakfast it was the best continental ever !! Hands down .the elevator was very slow we had a handicapped person so it was hard to do steps !pool was good ! So overall it’s my favorite place when we come here .

Good rating, but not great

The hotel room is big with a lot of empty space. Wish they would have used that extra space to make the bathrooms bigger. The bathrooms need some serious cleaning and maintenance. It was very hot last week when we were there and lots of humidity, but something was just not right in the hotel room. Everything felt damp. I wanted to go to store to buy Damp Aid. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.

Convenient location, large rooms, friendly staff. However the hotel was going through renovations so it was very dirty in the lobby and elevator areas. The workmanship of the renovation was mediocre at best. Very sloppy work, toilet paper holder falling out of wall, grout everywhere on the tile and shower pan. I would definitely not have paid for their work. Paint everywhere I could have done a better job than they were doing.
