The room we had was 201 because my mother is handicapped and needed the roll in shower. The refrigerator in the room made so much noise as did the ice machine right outside our room all through the night. On our last night a group of people were sitting outside under our window talking loudly until 1:30 am. I complained to the staff about the noise and they said they would offer me points but I told them I would never stay there again. The continental breakfast was one of the worst ones I’ve ever seen. Large groups of golfers every morning just demolished all the food, butter streaked across the floor, nobody cleaned it up. Pool was out of order 3 of the 4 days we were there. And the worst was the rolling dumpster they would leave in the hallway right by our room. That smell of trash is what greets you when you enter the hotel. I would give zero stars but the staff was nice.
